Ingredients
Tender coconut cream – 200 ml
Tender coconut water – 50 ml
Tender coconut scrapings – 1 tablespoon
Condensed milk – 500 ml
Jaggery syrup – 100 ml ( or as desired )
Cardamom powder - A pinch
Saffron – few strands
Pista slices- 1 teaspoon ( for garnishing )
Method
1, Mix the condensed milk , tender coconut cream and tender coconut water.
2, Add the jaggery syrup , cardamom powder and check the sweetness.
3, Sprinkle saffron strands , pista slices and tender coconut scrapings and serve cold.
